Traveling to Tanzania

There are two main ways to get to Arusha. You can fly into Kilimanjaro or into Nairobi and take a 4-5 hour shuttle. The shuttle service is with Riverside Shuttle. It is a very punctual and safe way to travel to Arusha. The roads connecting Arusha and Nairobi are in poor condition but the drivers do a great job of navigating the road and have a great attitude.

Best Time To Visit

Tanzania can be visited any time of the year but the best time for either a safari or a climb is from January to early April and from July to early November. December through February are the warmest months.  To witness the incredible migration in the Serengeti May to June is the ideal time.
