DAY 1 – ARUSHA: Arrive Kilimanjaro International Airport in Arusha where you’ll be met and transferred to the River Trees Country Inn for dinner and overnight. (L, D)

DAY 2 – MANYARA ECOSYSTEM: Drive to Maramboi Tented Camp, check in for lunch. Afternoon hike or mountain bike with Maasai tribesmen. Dinner and overnight at Maramboi Tented Camp, conveniently located at the edge of river border of Tarangire National Park (B, L, D)

DAY 3 – TARANGIRE: Full day in Tarangire National Park, famed for its large elephant herds and huge baobab trees. Picnic lunch, dinner and overnight at Maramboi Tented Camp. Weather permitting; enjoy a dip in the pool! (B, L, D)

DAY 4- MTO WA MBU: Drive to Mto wa Mbu for a cultural walking tour of local cottage industries. Have lunch, then visit a local school. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Farm House set in the lush Ngorongoro Highlands. The lodge offers many kid-friendly activities like tours of local farms and has a swimming pool. (B, L, D)

DAY 5 – NGORONGORO CRATER: After breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and spend the day exploring the famous Ngorongoro Crater. This 100-square-mile caldera is home to more than 20,000 large mammals like lions, leopards, elephants, zebras, wildebeest and the rare black rhino. Picnic lunch, dinner & overnight Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge. (B, L, D)

DAY 6 – OLDUVAI GORGE/SERENGETI: After breakfast depart for the Serengeti, stopping along the way for a walk in Olduvai Gorge, the “Cradle of Mankind”. The giant Serengeti ecosystem is home to millions of animals including lions, cheetah, leopards, buffalo, elephants, zebras, impalas, hyenas, gazelles, hippos, crocodiles, and more. November to June, chances are good you’ll see the great wildebeest migration. Dinner and overnight Overnight at Serengeti Serena Lodge. (B, L, D)

DAY 7-8 – SERENGETI: Enjoy another two full days of game drives in the Serengeti with an evening sundowner overlooking the savannah. Overnight Serengeti Serena Lodge. (B, L, D)

DAY 9 – DEPART: Fly back to Arusha, with lunch and dayrooms at the River Trees Country. Private transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport. (B, L)
